The Good Earth Dairy has been located in Central Florida for many years. Our Jersey Ladies are born and raised on 50 acres of pure, green, pasture (no herbicides, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers). Their milk is A2 and purely delicious.

What is Freeze-dried Milk?
The first thing you have to know is that it's NOT that powdered milk you find in the store...YUCK. That stuff tastes horrible and has no real nutritional value. That stuff is made with a heat dryer. Heat kills raw milk and takes out the nutrients and taste.
Freeze dried milk uses a vacuum chamber that takes the frozen milk and removes the moisture in a vapor (it's a lot more scientific than that but I really don't want to go into that at this time...Google it).
Freeze-dried milk retains 100% of the original flavor and 99.9% of the nutrients and it lasts a LONG time if stored properly.
The freeze -drying method was developed in the 1960's by the fine folks at NASA to feed our astronauts in space. Welcome to the future!
When I began selling raw Jersey. cow milk more than 10 yeas ago I was treated to all sorts of nonsense about it not being healthy, it was. dangerous, etc. Now, I get lots of calls from people realizing raw milk is actually better for them than store bought. But, I can't get it to them. I will not ship liquid milk for obvious reasons.
Having researched and finally purchased a freeze-drying machine from Stay Fresh, I can now get this raw goodness to anyone. It's sent by USPS and arrives in your mailbox. To reconstitute the freeze-dried milk it's done with cold water in a 1-1 ratio. One cup of Freeze-dried milk and one cut of cold water in a blender and Volia! fresh, good, pure, raw Jersey milk!
